McDonald’s Japan is rolling out a rich and fun “Tsukimi” (moon-viewing) menu that blends tradition with bold new flavours—starting September 3, 2025—just in time for the cosy autumn season.

The menu includes eight delightful items, five of which are totally new:

• A revamped Tsukimi Burger with a creamier tomato-mayo sauce, boosted by buttery richness after an 8-year recipe update.
• A new “Toro-Uma Sukiyaki Tsukimi” burger, featuring butter-flavoured, soft buns and a rich sukiyaki-flavoured filling—a luxurious twist.
• A “Triple Beef Toro-Uma Sukiyaki Tsukimi”, exclusive to Evening Mac menus (sold after 5 p.m.), with three 100% beef patties and the updated creamy sauce for a hearty dinner pick.
• Tsukimi Muffin (morning menu), Cheese Tsukimi, and classic versions all return, too.
• New sweet and side offerings: An-Butter & Mochi Tsukimi Pie, a Tsukimi McShake made with Yamanashi Shine Muscat grapes, and a special Setouchi Lemon Pepper Sauce for Chicken McNuggets.

Everything will be available across Japan—perfect for enjoying from dawn to dusk under the autumn full moon.
