This October, renowned Japanese brand PORTER CLASSIC—known for its dedication to quality craftsmanship and timeless design—brings its highly anticipated leather-focused pop-up, “Riders Love 2024,” to Isetan Shinjuku Men’s Hall. Running from October 23 to November 5, this exclusive event celebrates PORTER CLASSIC’s latest leather offerings for the Fall/Winter 2024 season alongside a selection of vintage eyewear, jewellery, and custom artwork.
A Closer Look at the Riders Love 2024 Collection
At the heart of the “Riders Love 2024” pop-up are PORTER CLASSIC’s meticulously crafted leather jackets. One highlight is the PC Riders Jacket, a timeless piece available in two versions: the standard model, featuring premium North American chrome-tanned steer leather with silver hardware engraved with “LOVE & PEACE”, and an ultra-luxe version adorned with 18K gold hardware. For fans of the classic single-rider style, the PC Single Riders Jacket and the new Drug Store Jacket Director’s Cut also make notable appearances.
In addition to the iconic jackets, the event will showcase items crafted from high-quality Entrofino leather, celebrated for its softness and lightweight feel. Pieces include the Leather Riders Jacket II, Leather Down Vest, Leather Shirt, and Leather Pants. Collaborating with Optic Salon ROKUSHO, a vintage eyewear specialist based in Tokyo’s Setagaya district, the pop-up will showcase rare frames handpicked by ROKUSHO, perfect for those seeking unique eyewear.
Jewellery fans can explore PORTER CLASSIC’s popular Beads Series jewelry collection, which pairs beautifully with their leather items. For an even more personalized touch, ZUMI, an artist from PORTER CLASSIC’s “Ohariko Mafia” stitching team, will be on-site creating one-of-a-kind customizations. With artwork featuring ZUMI’s distinctive style, guests can get a unique, hand-stitched design added to their item for an additional ¥33,000 (limited to one customization per person). ZUMI will be available for in-person consultations on October 26 and November 2, offering a rare chance to witness the artistry firsthand.
