From March 19 to April 13, the Gotanda Fureai Mizube Hiroba will host the “Meguro River Sakura Light-Up 2025 Gotanda YOZAKURA”. This event illuminates the cherry blossoms along the Meguro River, renowned for its picturesque Sakura-lined banks. This year, the light-up extends its scale, introducing three daily colour light-up performances at 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:00 PM, each lasting about 10 minutes. Additionally, the promenade will feature beautiful cherry blossom motif lights, enhancing the nocturnal hanami ambience.

In addition, the Meguro River Everyone’s Food Stall Village will be held to coincide with the cherry blossom season. Date and time: Saturday, March 22 – until the cherry blossoms fall (featuring hot snacks, sweets, and more).
