The word-of-mouth gourmet website Tabelog announces the 100 restaurants that are highly rated by users in each category in the “Tabelog 100 Best Restaurants” gourmet awards. This year, a number of different categories have been announced one after another, but one that many of you may have been expecting is the “100 Best Ramen Restaurants”. Speaking of ramen, it is easy to expect fierce competition compared to other genres, but 100 shops have been selected in Tokyo, eastern Japan (excluding Tokyo) and western Japan respectively.
The top restaurant in the TOKYO section was “Ramenya Shima” in Nishi-Shinjuku with 3.99★, followed by “Homemade Ramen Muginae” in Omorikaigan Station in second place with 3.98★, “Lake Shijimi Chuka Soba Tokyo Honten” in Zoshiki Station in third place with 3.96★ and in a tie for fourth place, “Menya Itto”, “Chinese Soba Tagano” and “Ramen FeeL”.
